3. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following categories:

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, and a password (stored as a hashed credential through AWS Cognito — we never store your plain-text password).
Order & Contact Details: When you place an order or submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address (street, city, province, postal code).

Reseller Applications: If you apply for our reseller programme, we collect business name, business type, website, phone number, address, expected order volume, and any notes you provide.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. How We Store Your Information

Your personal information is stored using the following services, all hosted in AWS infrastructure:

AWS Cognito

Your account credentials (email, hashed password) and group membership (standard customer, reseller, admin) are stored in an AWS Cognito User Pool in the ca-central-1 (Canada) region. Cognito is SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS certified.

AWS DynamoDB

Order records (order ID, email, name, phone, shipping address, order total, quantity, status) and contact form messages are stored in encrypted DynamoDB tables in the ca-central-1 region. DynamoDB encrypts data at rest using AES-256.

Stripe

All payment transaction data is stored by Stripe, Inc. in their PCI DSS Level 1-certified environment. Stripe may store your name, email, and billing postal code in association with your payment method for fraud prevention purposes.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your personal information only with third-party service providers that are necessary to operate our business. These providers are contractually bound to process your information only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security measures.
